Safavieh is looking for a proactive, personable, highly motivated, and organized Returns Specialist. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, responsible and detail-oriented self-started with a strong passion for continuous learning and professional development, as this position will provide the basic foundation and necessary skill-set for a great career.

Responsibilities: 

• Daily maintenance of Client Returns processed through Spars Web
• Processing and Searching Returns through SPARS to maintain accurate inventory and track returns
• Generating Packing Slips and Labels
• Keep current and accurate logs for returns with return transaction data, shipping, fulfillment errors, etc
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast paced office with a high level of attention to detail and organization 
• Evaluate returned products condition to ensure items return to inventory properly
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Entry Level - Will train the right candidate
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Possess good organizational skills
• Full time- Onsite at our HQ located in Port Washington (this is not a remote position)

Compensation: 

• $20.00 – $24.00
• 401k (with 2% match),
